I also hold the same view regarding the pre-ponment of Last date of Audit u/s 44AB.I would like Amrishji to take up the matter at higher level.

I am agree with CA. J.P.Agrawal that we should propose to pre-ponment of last date of audit U/s.44AB under the Income Tax Act. because there is no problem with us or an assessee if last date is reduced from Oct. to Sept.
In the month of Oct. there are number of tax obligations with us as well as assessee like last date of Service Tax half yearly return filing, Quarterly TDS retyrn filing, VAT/Sales tax quarterly return filing, etc. and from oct.festivals are also started.
Therefore, I request all of the members of this portal to send mails to our honorable Finance Minister Shri P.Chimbram to change the date Audit U/s.44AB of the Income Tax Act.
