MLM sub chain without their free will, as a result they land up

I have anaysed these chains and can say that when an MLM starts those
who get associated initially make money rest are like leaves of a
tree who get nothing except misery and leave at later stage after
putting in lot of effort.
The worst part is the way they teach new joinees to this business of

All MLM schemes replicate one model of successful MLM but purpose is
same" speak lies, brainwash people,coerce your relatives and friends
to join the gang and we ingnorant people forget old saying "money
does not grow on trees"
Majority of successes are those who are sitting at level of authority
who can force others to join or got associated when scheme was
launched as then you have atomic chain down the line.
